If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For emotional support any time, call Samaritans free on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258. Abide is not an emergency service.

Your privacy

  • You can use Abide without an account. Your journal and progress then stay only on your device.
  • If you sign in, your journal, saved verses and progress are stored securely so only you can read them.
  • Anonymous prayer requests never show your name to other users. Others see how many prayed, never who.
  • No advertising and we never sell your data.
  • You can delete your personal data at any time from My Walk, Settings.

Community guidelines

  • Speak with grace and kindness (Colossians 4:6).
  • Do not share full names, contact details or private information about others.
  • No abuse, harassment, hate, sexual content, selling or self-promotion.
  • Every prayer request is reviewed by a moderator before it appears. Anything can be reported.
  • Group leaders should follow safeguarding good practice, especially with children and vulnerable adults.
